Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager with experience in managing accounts, ideally within a digital marketing capacity. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving KPIs and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding results
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in digital marketing
• Demonstrable track record of achieving KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commute to our Tiptree office (CO5)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
